Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Ensure project completion within the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project standards. Monitor progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary. Prepare and present project updates to clients and internal teams. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. A successful Project Manager should have: proven experience in construction project management within the Business Services industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and regulatory requirements.
