Sales Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics CRMLocation: Appleton, Wisconsin, United StatesAs Forvis Mazars continues to expand its Business Technology Services offerings, this role plays a key part in helping clients modernize customer engagement, improve operational effectiveness, and leverage AI-enabled CRM capabilities across sales, marketing, and service. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Specialist is a mid-level, quota-carrying sales role responsible for pursuing and closing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM opportunities generated by the firm. These opportunities originate from existing Forvis Mazars clients, internal colleague referrals, and firm-supported marketing initiatives.This role is ideal for a consultative seller who enjoys partnering with consulting teams to deliver well-scoped, right-sized CRM and related solutions (Sales, Customer Insights-Journeys/Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Power Platform). The Sales Specialist works closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), CRM solution architects, team leaders, marketing, and delivery teams, owning the sales process from qualified lead through close and handoff to delivery.What You Will DoPursue qualified Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM opportunities sourced from existing clients, internal referrals, and marketing-supported initiativesOwn the full sales cycle from discovery through proposal development, pricing coordination, contract negotiation, and closeConduct discovery conversations to understand client business needs, operational challenges, and growth objectivesPosition Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and Forvis Mazars services in a consultative, value-driven mannerPosition AI-enabled and agentic capabilities (e.g., workflow automation, task orchestration, knowledge retrieval, Copilot-driven insights) that improve sales and service productivity and customer experienceTranslate client requirements into well-scoped Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in partnership with solution architects and delivery leadersDevelop and deliver client-facing presentations and solution discussions tailored to executive and operational stakeholdersEngage with executive, sales, service, marketing, and IT stakeholders across mid-market organizations to shape CRM and customer engagement strategiesSupport deal cycles ranging from initial pilots to multi-workload, phased CRM transformation engagementsCollaborate closely with:Sales Development Representatives for lead handoff and progressionBusiness Developers on account expansion and cross-service opportunitiesMarketing on campaign-driven leads and messaging feedbackDelivery and practice teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth transition to implementationMaintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales activity tracking within the firm's CRM systemMeet or exceed assigned revenue targets and sales performance expectationsMinimum Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, customer success or related role, preferably within:CRM or cloud software services salesProfessional services or consultingTechnology-enabled business solutionsProven ability to manage and close complex, consultative sales opportunitiesExperience using Copilot/GenAI tools in sales (research, summaries, proposals, CRM hygiene) to increase productivity and qualityFamiliarity with AI solution concepts and understands basics of agentic patterns and where they fit in CRM/service processesStrong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing presenceAbility to articulate business value and align solutions to client needsExperience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar)Preferred QualificationsExperience selling or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or other cloud-based CRM platform solutions and related consulting/implementation servicesBackground in professional services or consulting environmentsFamiliarity with multi-stakeholder, mid-market sales cyclesIndustry knowledge in Manufacturing and/or Distribution a plusLegal NoticeForvis Mazars, LLP is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer in accordance with applicable law.
