Head First Health, is a virtual coaching + counseling practice for Millennial Women looking to navigate their relationships, life transitions & daily stressors. Our clients are yearning for a deeper connection to themselves, and to find a greater purpose in their lives. We are looking for clinician licensed in Illinois Who aligns with our values, connects to our mission, believes in our vision, and is interested in the following: Area of Focus: Anxiety Disorders Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Eating Disorders Relationship Concerns and/or post partum Therapeutic Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Mindfulness Requirements: Must be Licensed in the state of Illinois -Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA guidelines -Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines -Collaborative, a self-starter, organized and professional -Eager to learn and grow professionally -Able to effectively communicate, receive constructive feedback and work autonomously -Reliable computer/laptop and Internet connection -Confidential working space Responsibilities: -Provide counseling to individuals and/or couples -Grow and maintain a caseload of 24 client hours per week -Complete progress notes, and treatment plans on a weekly basis -Actively pursue further training to refine and enhance clinical skills and knowledge Benefits: -W-2 full time status (or part time) - Full health benefits (BCBS PPO, low deductible) -Sick time, personal time and PTO available -Yearly education stipend -Steady referral stream -Marketing provided by the practice -Individual consultation -Flexibility to work with clients specific to your clinical interests -Authentic, collaborative and supportive team environment - Work from home, having complete location freedom - Freedom to create your own schedule Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Master's (Required) License/Certification: mental health license in Illinois?
