Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToManages designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintaining hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.Ensure compliance of software standards with security concepts and networks.Communicate status with leadership and customers.Ensure software standards are applied consistently.Supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation collaborative (IIC) staff.Collaborate with other CNO Developers.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 16+ years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 14+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 10+ years, OR a PhD with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience.Proficiency in Python, C/C++ or Assembly (x86/x64) programmingCNO capability development experienceProficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile).Troubleshooting / debugging experiencePreferred QualificationsDegree in IT-related discipline9+ years of position-specific relevant experienceClearance RequirementsNoneMust be a U.S. citizen.Physical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
