Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with entry procedures, resident interactions, and/or delivery coordination in accordance with site-specific guidelines; Observe and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious activity encountered during patrols, following Allied Universal reporting procedures
