Senior Shopper Marketing AnalystActs as Sr. Specialist in respect to Shopper Insights initiatives. Uses relevant shopper and consumer data, insights and trends to generate revenue growing initiatives for customers.Job Level: 6Responsibilities:Analyze and report on business opportunities within channels and specific customersDevelop and recommend customer-specific shopper marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenueCustomer insights SME for SCC. Contribute insights to define selling strategy within all channels of business to better connect with all shoppers at retailGather and organize information using industry sources (publications, trade sites, etc.) and proprietary tracking studies to be used for marketing campaignsPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing required4+ years' experience in business analytics in consumer goods industry preferred4+ years' market research of consumer demographics or category preferredConduct program performance (pre, during, post) within customer specific shopper marketing campaignsStatistics, shopper segmentation, gap analysisProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word applicationsIdentify opportunities and gaps based on business fundamentals and application of qualitative and quantitative dataAbility to use information/business tools and platforms to obtain and analyze relevant informationAbility to communicate complex shopper information and implications both verbally and written
