Position OverviewInabia is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital environment. The RN will deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a busy acute care hospital setting that serves a diverse patient population requiring medical and surgical treatment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes.Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record system.Provide patient and family education.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. RequirementsActive RN licenseMinimum 2 years of Medical Surgical experienceCerner experience requiredPrevious travel nursing experience preferredBLS certification Schedule 3 x 12 hour night shifts36 hours guaranteed weeklyEvery other weekend required
