This individual will act as a senior technical resource within the maintenance organization, leading troubleshooting efforts, supporting automation reliability, and driving preventative maintenance programs.This role focuses on advanced diagnostics and repair of automated material handling systems, robotics, conveyors, and PLC‑controlled equipment. The Senior Technician will also serve as a mentor to junior and contract technicians, assist with vendor coordination, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, operational excellence, and teamwork in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent4+ years of experience working with material handling equipment (MHE), including automated conveyors and controls4+ years of experience performing preventative maintenance4+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics3+ years of experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)2+ years of experience working with PLC programsExperience in a senior technician or team lead capacity, supporting and mentoring techniciansPrior vendor management experienceProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectAbility to work flexible schedules and shiftsAbility to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, using aerial lifts, and working in a warehouse environment Nice to Have:Associate’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical disciplineHands‑on experience with robotics operation and maintenance
