Title: Demand & Supply Chain Planning Analyst – Supply Chain Operations Coordinator Location: Irvine, CA Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9:00AM – 5:00PM PST Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C, 1099, & 3 rd party candidates WILL NOT be considered We are seeking a Temporary Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support key operational activities across shipping, rework management, receiving issue resolution, and process improvement. This role is critical to maintaining continuity in our supply chain workflows and ensuring timely execution of transfers, rework cycles, and inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Position Responsibilities: · Shipping & Transfer Activities (Weekly — ~3 hours) o Process inventory returns from regional distribution centers to the U.S. return warehouse o Execute transfer requests across warehouses o Ensure accurate documentation and timely system updates · Rework Coordination (Weekly — 10–15 hours) o Maintain detailed trackers for all rework activities o Coordinate shipments to and from suppliers o Request and manage RMA numbers; communicate with regional teams o Create pack slips and shipping documentation o Provide weekly status updates and reconcile inbound/outbound units o Collaborate with Quality and Warehouse teams to ensure timely release of reworked units · Receiving Issue Resolution (Daily — 1–2 hours) o Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies o Support increased volume of receiving issues expected in FYQ2 during direct D2S shipments from all CMs o Work with warehouse partners and planning teams to resolve errors promptly · Process Improvement (Daily — 2–3 hours) o Identify gaps and inefficiencies in shipping, rework, and receiving workflows o Propose and implement process enhancements o Update SOPs and maintain clear process documentation o Ad Hoc Planning & Buying Support o Respond to unplanned requests related to supply chain operations o Assist planning/buying teams with data collection, transactions, and coordination tasks Position Qualifications: · Strong Supply Chain industry experience · Expertise with ERP & Supply Chain Systems, including MS Excel (Advanced Level), Logistics & Warehouse Systems, Shipping & Rework Coordination Tools, and general data accuracy and reconciliation skills · Experience managing process documentation preferred · A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or other related Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C, 1099, & 3 rd party candidates WILL NOT be considered .
