Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent guest relations skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization while adhering to all safety and health regulations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Knowledge of culinary practices related to beverage preparation is beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
