Role Description This part-time position is for a Front Office Assistant at Acuity Hearing Center. The role is a hybrid position based in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area, offering the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, updating patient records, and providing clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the clinic. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and professional Phone Etiquette to deliver exceptional customer serviceProficiency in Appointment Scheduling and familiarity with scheduling softwareExperience with Administrative Assistance and general Clerical SkillsDetail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilitiesBasic computer literacy, including email and office applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
