SpineSearch is working with a busy and well-established neurosurgical practice in Macon, Georgia is seeking a motivated and adaptable Medical Assistant to join our team immediately. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a fast-paced clinical environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and thrives in a high-volume setting.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a floater supporting both clinical and administrative functionsAssist with patient triage, intake, and clinical documentationConduct patient call backs and respond to clinical inquiriesEnter and manage physician orders in the EMRCall in and manage prescriptions as directed by providersTravel to outside clinic locations as needed to support operationsEnsure efficient patient flow and maintain high standards of patient careQualificationsPrevious experience as a Medical Assistant (neurosurgery or specialty practice experience preferred)Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication and multitasking skillsAbility to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staffDependable, flexible, and ready to start immediately
