The ideal candidates will operate injection molding machines, ensuring efficient production and quality control. With available shifts on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, this role offers a competitive pay range of $15-16 per hour, plus shift premiums. Responsibilities: Pack and inspect parts. Follow written instructions and simple math. Must be able to lift 25lbs as needed. Operate injection molding machines under supervision. Monitor machines to ensure continuous production, minimizing waste. Assemble and test parts according to specifications. Identify defective parts and report issues. Label boxes, packages, and products per work instructions. Keep work areas clean and safe. Complete accurate paperwork as instructed. Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
