Fluid Systems Project Engineer

Job Title: Fluid Systems Project Engineer Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Duration: Full Time JD: We are looking for a Fluid Systems Project Engineer to join our team onsite in Orlando, FL. This is a great opportunity for engineers seeking additional work experience in a highly technical, fast paced and technology-forward position. You should have knowledge/experience with Gas Turbine design(s), Lube Skids, Hydraulic skids, and the selection/sizing of related valves, pumps and heat exchangers. Ideally, you have experience with COMOS and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Responsibilities: Plan, design and review technical schematics and specifications related to Fluid Systems. Review and correct vendor drawings, specs and BOMs, as needed. Assist senior engineers with design and QC of all technical drawings & schematics Develop and execute test plans to ensure proper operation of systems and validation of system designs. Ensure compliance to safety and regulatory requirements for plant and equipment electrical and control systems. Conduct failure analyses and problem solving to identify causes of failures in systems and recommend resolutions. Prepare technical reports and presentations to support plant activities and new projects. Minimum Requirements:- B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from accredited institution; courses/certification(s) in power system distribution are preferred Minimum 2 years of electrical engineering experience in a Gas Turbine or other power generation industry positions Experience with Lube, hydraulic and other skids. Working knowledge of power generation/ P&IDs / COMOs Employment sponsorship is not available.
