Automation Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Serve as the site expert for maintaining critical automation systems essential for operations Troubleshoot and maintain material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks Monitor material handling equipment (MHE) metrics, address system performance issues, and provide analysis Offer first-level escalation support for site technicians, both locally and remotely Perform and analyze building system assessments to enhance material handling system performanceWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent, or 2+ years of relevant automation engineering experience Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Codesys) and ladder logic Experience diagnosing issues in process or production environments with PLC-controlled automation Experience working with robotics work cells and control systems Understanding of electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment Experience with HMI and control network components (maintenance, troubleshooting, programming, design)What's On Offer Competitive annual salary ($90,000 - $112,500) plus comprehensive benefits Opportunities to work with state-of-the-art technology in a fast-paced environment Continuous learning and development in automation and engineering Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovationApply via Haystack today!
