Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Redmond, WA, with flexibility for remote work. The Global Controller for Data IO will oversee data control and management processes across the organization. Daily responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, developing and maintaining data governance protocols, analyzing complex data sets, and facilitating effective cross-team communication. This role is central to maintaining organizational data integrity and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Data Control and Data ManagementStrong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectivelyExcellent Communication skills for both written and verbal correspondenceExperience with Document Management systems and workflowsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organizationFamiliarity with compliance standards and data governance principlesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field preferredExperience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
