As a behavioral health organization dedicated to older adult care, we use evidence-based practices to help clients live emotionally healthy, connected, and fulfilling lives.Position OverviewJob Title: Registered Nurse (Florida Licensed) - Geriatric Behavioral Health Care Manager (Telehealth)Position OverviewWe are seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse to serve as a Care Manager for our geriatric behavioral health program. This telehealth role focuses on ongoing mental health support, dementia care management, and caregiver guidance for older adults.
