Job Description:Our partner is looking for ServiceNow ITAM Engineer to design, build, and optimize asset management solutions in real-world environments. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in hands-on technical work, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering high-impact solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM & SAM) in real-world environments.Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, including data mapping and Flow Designer.Create and enhance advanced ServiceNow scripts (server-side JavaScript, Script Includes).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, ideally SAP Ariba.Ensure timely delivery of tasks and active participation in meetings, maintaining strong communication standards.Job RequirementsGreat English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM), including real build experience.Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being on time for meetings is crucial).Advanced expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including server-side JavaScript and Script Includes.Strong integration skills with REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and Flow Designer.Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with procurement systems, preferably SAP Ariba.Nice to HaveExperience with ServiceNow Procurement and full PO/PR lifecycle workflows.Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, and broader ITSM/ITOM ecosystem.Familiarity with financial processes, vendor management, and contract structures.Comfort with reporting, dashboards, and tools like Power BI.Required Skills:• Data• REST• Asset Management• Structures• Collaboration• SOAP• ServiceNow• Participation• Vendor Management• SAP• Integration• Procurement• Power BI• Design• JavaScript• English• Communication
