Client Partner,Georgia, Virtuallooking for 12+ Years of ExperienceResponsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects concurrently for a single customerTakes ownership and drives each assigned project to a successful completionAssess and monitors project issues and risks; develops appropriate mitigation plans, coordinates both internal and external resources, escalates per established procedures, to ensure that problems are resolved timely and to the client’s satisfactionThe ability to work virtually with demonstrated ability to facilitate customer and internal meetings by conference calls.Support projects during client’s time zone and business hours and some limited cases outside business hours.Defines and initiates projects, assigns project managers to manage cost, schedule and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program.Accountable for the financial performance of the program allowing NCRV to receive the tangible business value and meet the business objectives identified for the Program.Maintains continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and makes recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program.Advance the use of AI in program managementHas team lead / reporting responsibilities for several FTE within a single customer:Directs work, priorities and mentors’ team members, project managers, SMEs, consultants, other PS team membersHas goals to grow business for customer.Ability to travel frequently as neededBS/BA degree or equivalent experience12+ years’ project management and/or other related management experience, including the management of technical projectsExperience with the advancement of AI in the program management workspace
