Admin Assistant/Data Entry
Part Time Data Entry RoleThis is a part time data entry role that will support Client's Learning and Development team. This is what you'll do:Provide general administrative and clerical supportMaintain electronic filing systemPerform data entry and scan documentsAssist in resolving any administrative problemsPrepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emailsQualifications/Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platformsFamiliarity with expense reporting systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to manage email correspondence professionally and efficientlyDocument and file management (electronic and/or paper-based)Task prioritization and time managementProfessional email etiquetteAbility to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracyDependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlinesAdaptability to different systems, processes, and shifting prioritiesCollaborative team player, but also able to work independentlyAbility to convey information clearly and professionally in both written and spoken formatsHigh School Diploma or associate's degree preferred with 0-2 years of relevant experiencePrior work in a corporate setting and/or Learning and Development a PLUSPart time hours expected to be 20 hrs per week. M-F Position is hybrid
