Quality Engineer

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards. - Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives. - Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective corrective actions. - Manage and maintain the quality management system, including documentation control, training, and record keeping. - Provide guidance and support to manufacturing teams in implementing quality control measures. - Lead or participate in project management activities related to quality improvement projects. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in a regulated industry. - Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems. - Experience with quality inspection, control, assurance, and management methodologies. - Ability to analyze data and use statistical tools for problem-solving. - Knowledge of HACCP principles is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
