This role is based at their Corona California facility, where high performance capital equipment is engineered and built for demanding applications.This is a leadership opportunity for a hands on Engineering Manager with strong experience in capital equipment design and manufacturing.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Senior Engineering Manager will lead both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams, overseeing a group of 6 engineers. This role is responsible for driving engineering strategy, innovation, product development, and operational excellence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDirect responsibility for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering departmentsLead engineering strategy, planning, and execution across all programsPartner with Sales and Project Management teams to support new business and product developmentDrive innovation, continuous improvement, and technical advancementOversee product design activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards and customer requirementsManage engineering resources to meet project timelines, quality targets, and cost objectivesSupport customer technical presentations and drive professionalism in engineering deliverablesImprove manufacturing processes, reduce variation, and optimize efficiencyProvide leadership in advanced manufacturing, automation, and controlsDeliver executive level updates on engineering performance, cost controls, and project risksConduct performance evaluations and manage team developmentTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSStrong background in industrial automation and controlsExperience with PLC systems, HMI, SCADA, and instrumentationFamiliarity with Allen Bradley PLC platforms 500 and 5000Experience with Intouch Wonderware and HC900 Design Station preferredProficiency with CAD software and MS Office toolsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor degree in Electrical Engineering required7 to 10 years of experience in industrial machinery design and manufacturingREQUIRED experience working for a designer and builder of capital equipment3 to 5 years of leadership experienceWorking knowledge of mechanical engineering principlesStrong understanding of industrial standards and engineering practicesProven leadership, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSThis position requires eligibility to access export controlled information under US law ITAR and EAR.
