**Location:** Central Wisconsin including Madison, the Fox River Valley, extending up to the Milwaukee area. Lesco, Inc. was founded over 50 years ago, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to join our team and manage the southwestern Minnesota and South Dakota territory.**Job Overview:**The Outside Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the designated territory by building and maintaining relationships with electrical distributors, contractors, engineers and other end-users. This role requires a deep understanding of the electrical manufacturing industry and a proven track record in outside sales. The successful candidate will be based within the territory and will serve as a key liaison and resource between Lesco, Inc., the manufacturers we represent, our distributor partners, and our product’s end-users to advocate for and address any questions, inquiries or sales opportunities related to the manufacturers we represent.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the territory.- Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical distributors, engineers, contractors and other end users by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Conduct regular sales calls and visits to distributor locations to promote Lesco, Inc.’s product lines and services.- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues related to the manufacturers represented by Lesco, Inc.- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as required to represent Lesco, Inc. and stay informed about industry developments.**Qualifications:**- 2-5 years of outside sales experience, or 5-7 years of inside sales experience in electrical manufacturing or distribution.- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.- Authorized to work in the United States- Has a valid driver's license and personal vehicle - Strong knowledge of electrical products, distributors, and market dynamics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Must reside within the outlined sales territory this role covers**Compensation and Benefits:**- Competitive salary commensurate with experience level.- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and other industry-standard perks along with an employee share ownership program (E.S.O.P)**How to Apply:**Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to Kyle Brendefur, Principal, at kbrendefur@lesco-inc.com.
