Customer Service RepresentativeWe are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Call Taker to join our team. This position requires a versatile skill set, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to perform under pressure while making sound decisions. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is upheld during every client interaction.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Summer schedule requires working Saturdays with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Choice of an alternate day off from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling
Provide 5-star level of service to our customers
Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for service
Effectively communicate with customers and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders
Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling
Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring clear, consistent, and positive communication across all departments
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience with Service Titan software is a plus but not required
Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality service
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Work Environment:
This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment. Occasionally moves items up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. Must be able to work under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
