CNC Lathe Operator / Setup / ProgrammerResponsibilitiesOperate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to specificationsPerform machine setup including tooling changes, offsets, and adjustmentsProgram or edit CNC programs as needed to ensure quality and efficiencyRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsInspect parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and tolerancesMonitor machine performance and make necessary adjustmentsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentTroubleshoot minor machine or production issuesWork collaboratively with team members to meet production goalsQualifications and SkillsExperience operating CNC lathes required (set-up and programming preferred)Experience with Swiss-style lathes, specifically Tsugami, is a strong plusAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicBenefits/CompensationFull-Time PositionPay Rate: $15-$30/hr depending on experience2nd Shift (Flexible scheduling: 5x8-hour days or 4x10-hour days)Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts / Bi-weekly after hireBenefits available while employed through Career ConceptsTemp-to-Hire opportunityPay increase and company benefits available after hireLocationWaterford, PAAbout Career Concepts Staffing Services, Inc.
