Retina surgeon

Expanding retina private practice in the Arlington‑North Fort Worth area is seeking a third fellowship‑trained, BC/BE full‑time vitreoretinal surgeon to join its team. General Responsibilities Diagnosis and management of routine and complex medical retina patients (including those with uveitis, AMD, diabetic retinopathy, ocular malignancies, inherited retinal dystrophies, and complications associated with anterior segment complications). Perform necessary vitreoretinal surgeries to treat common retina conditions (ERM, PDR, retinal detachment, macula hole, removal of retained lens fragment and suture of 3‑piece IOL, and removal of intraocular foreign bodies). Participate in research and student training programs. Must be able to travel to different locations; all office locations are within 30 minutes of each other. Ambulatory surgery centers are near Downtown Fort Worth and approximately 15‑30 minutes’ drive from all the offices. Benefits Competitive compensation (Base Pay + Production Incentive).
