This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in inside sales, customer support, or order coordination who thrive in a detail-oriented environment. The Sales Representative will support customers through order management, product support, and communication with internal departments, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming sales calls and assist customers with product inquiries and order requests.Support customers at the will-call counter with timely and professional service.Process customer orders accurately using inventory and order management systems.Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery status.Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and application requirements.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and order fulfillment.Route existing customers to assigned Account Managers for advanced sales support.Direct new customer leads for appropriate review and assignment.Provide support to new key customers during onboarding and initial order processing.Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within CRM and ERP systems.Follow company safety policies and report hazards or incidents promptly.Submit invoices, receipts, and related documentation accurately and on time.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing.Experience within distribution, fuel, lubricants, or industrial products environments preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.Experience using CRM, ERP, or order entry systems.Strong data entry accuracy and order processing capabilities.Ability to learn technical product information and communicate details effectively to customers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures.Bilingual skills are a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
