You will partner closely with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and Operations teams to drive visibility, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis Partner directly with sales ops, sales leadership, and operations to elicit, document, and prioritize SalesforcerequirementsTranslate business processes and questions into clearly defined Salesforce configurations, flows, and data modelsFacilitate requirements workshops and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flowsServe as the ongoing bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery — reducing the need for IT hand-holdingIdentify process gaps and proactively recommend Salesforce-native solutions to improve pipeline visibility, activitytracking, and forecastingSalesforce Administration & ConfigurationOwn day-to-day Salesforce administration — user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security modelConfigure and maintain Sales Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rulesBuild and maintain automation using Flow Builder, process builder, and approval processesManage sandbox environments, change sets, and deployment processes across dev, staging, and productionEvaluate and manage AppExchange packages and managed package installationsSupport the Salesforce–ClientSpace integration currently in development (API-based trigger logic)Reporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards for sales leadership covering pipeline, activity, conversion, andforecastingDesign cross-object reports, summary formula fields, and custom report types to answer complex businessquestionsEnable sales leadership and RevOps to self-serve data without heavy IT involvementFamiliarity with CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM) a strong plusAgentforce & AI EnablementConfigure and deploy Agentforce AI agents within Sales Cloud — building agent actions, prompt templates, andgrounding dataEnable and tune Einstein features including Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, and Activity CaptureStay current on Salesforce AI roadmap and proactively recommend AI capabilities that align with Questco's RevOpsgoalsPlatform Governance & CollaborationCollaborate with the operations and sales functions and the broader technology organizationFlag customizations that exceed declarative limits and coordinate handoffs to developers when neededMaintain platform documentation including data dictionary, process maps, and release notesParticipate in release planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demosRequirements:Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) or Platform App Builder astrong plus5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a Sales Cloud environmentDemonstrated business analysis experience — requirements gathering, user story writing, and stakeholderfacilitationDeep expertise building reports and dashboards for sales leadership: cross-object reports, summary formulas,custom report typesProven experience with Flow Builder, custom objects/fields, validation rules, and page layoutsHands-on Agentforce experience — building, configuring, and deploying AI agents in Sales CloudFamiliarity with Einstein features: Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Activity CaptureComfortable working with prompt templates, agent actions, and grounding data for AI use casesExperience with sandbox management, change sets, and deployment processesStrong requirements-gathering skills — able to work directly with sales ops, sales leadership, and RevOpsSelf-directed; comfortable in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment with limited hand-holdingClear communicator who can translate technical constraints into business-friendly languageBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceAvailability to work in US CST/EST time zonesNice to have:CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM) hands-on experienceLight Apex knowledge or experience coordinating developer handoffs when declarative limits are reachedExperience with API-based CRM integrations (REST/JSON)Background in PEO, HCM, or payroll industryExperience in a PE-backed, growth-stage technology organization*Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this timeTech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
