Please make sure that the suitable candidate has at least 90% of the skillset mentionedSLED fosters a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and service.A shared commitment to supporting law enforcement operations creates a sense ofpurpose and pride across teams.An environment of professionalism and continuous improvement ensures effectiveservice to the community every dayScope of the project:Lead the design and delivery of a law enforcement switch project supportingsecure, real-time data exchange.Plan and execute project phases including requirements, development,testing, and deployment.Manage integration between applications and law enforcement databases forseamless interoperability.Ensure project deliverables meet performance, security, and compliancestandards.Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions throughoutthe project lifecycle.Establish and enforce development standards and best practices within theproject team.Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and providemitigation strategies.Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers to ensure successfulproject execution.Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units tosupport project goals.Deliver regular status reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.Review project deliverables for quality, completeness, and adherence torequirementsSupport continuous improvement and perform additional project-relatedduties as needed.Daily Duties / Responsibilities:Develop .NET-based solutions using C#, ASP.NET, XML, JavaScript, and webservices aligned with project scope.Oversee SQL Server development including complex queries, storedprocedures, triggers, and data optimization.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensurealignment with public safety objectives.Oversee SQL Server development including complex queries, storedprocedures, triggers, and data optimization.Required Skills (Rank in order of Importance):5+ Years of Experience Developing .Net Solutions using C#, ASP.NET,XML, Java ScriptExperience with law enforcement switch environments, including dispatch, communications, or public safety systems.5+ Years of Experience with SQL Server developmentPreferred Skills (Rank in order of Importance):Experience working directly for a Government Agency with Enterprise Level Platforms.J-18808-Ljbffr
