Selected candidates will attend four in-person Interview Days in April to meet regional leaders directly and explore international pathways built for long-term growth.Region Highlight●In mainland China, Delta operates 25 R&D centers with more than 2,900 R&D engineers, 45 operational sites, and a total workforce of over 40,000 employees. ●Committed to innovation, Delta invests over 8% of its global annual revenue in R&D. ●Since its establishment, the company has consistently upheld its mission of "Environmental Protection, Energy Conservation, and Caring for the Earth," sparing no effort to advance sustainable development.Role Responsibility●Responsible for the design of power supply related products●Design and implement power systems according to project requirements, ensuring that products meet performance, cost, and reliability standards.●Participate in testing and validation of power products, resolving technical issues during the development process.●Collaborate closely with team members across all stages of product development, providing professional technical support and guidance.Minimum Qualification●Hold a Master's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.●Hands-on experience in designing, debugging, and testing power converters.●Familiarity with control theory and implementation using digital controllers.●Possess a solid theoretical foundation in power supply design and be familiar with various power topologies and their applications.●Proficiency in power-electronics simulation tools such as: MATLAB/Simulink, SIMPLIS, PLECS, and MathCAD.●Have strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of independently solving problems and driving project progress.●Stay sensitive to new technologies and be willing to continuously learn and explore new knowledge.
