Primary Care - Central New York Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team Guaranteed salary: 255-275k+ DOE plus wRVU Schedule: Practice operates Monday-Friday, 7:00a-5:00p; group is open to clinicians practicing 4 or 5 days a week (40-hours a week) Office Call Required: Call is shared among all clinicians (anticipated high 20s) and is very light, phone only; no rounding or inpatient services required however if a family practice provider is interested in hospitalist shifts, this can be arranged on a per diem basis Types of Procedures/Cases: Family practice: chronic disease management, adult medicine, well child visits, hypertension, diabetes, etc.; there is no OB, some GYN; no sports medicine; approximately 20-25 ppd (8-hour day) or 25-30 ppd (10-hour day) EMR: Meditech Full benefits package offered including quality bonus, possible relocation assistance, 25k sign-on bonus, loan repayment through state and HPSA, 22 days PTO, health, vision, and dental coverage, 403B, annual CME, malpractice coverage and more!
