Job description:Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to take the next step in your career? ExpertCare is seeking an SLP II to join our dedicated therapy team and make a difference in the lives of children and families across our community.What You’ll DoAs an SLP II, you’ll carry a caseload of 30 children per week, providing evaluations, therapy sessions, and family training to help each child thrive. You’ll also:Perform speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide ongoing therapy (average 25 sessions per week) and re-evaluations as neededCollaborate with families and care teams to ensure the best outcomesAssist with obtaining/ordering assistive devices and communication supportsSchedule & FlexibilityWe value work-life balance! The role requires availability for a couple of afternoons/evenings per week (to accommodate after-school sessions).
