MSP IT Field Technician

Contract to hire opportunity for an MSP IT Field Technician.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT technical support experience, preferably within an MSP consulting environment. Any experience supporting CAD programs would be a plus.This role requires daily travel to client site around the Philadelphia, PA area.In this role you will be proving technical support to architectural firms to troubleshoots computer, networks, printers and CAD software issues.You will be working on servers, firewalls, switches, Office 365, Exchange, PC's, Mac's, printers along with a variety of other IT related systems and software for clients.RequirementsBachelor's degree5+ years of IT support experienceMSP support experience highly preferred with great client interaction skillKnowledge of RMM and CRM software a plusCAD support experience a plusGreat troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently.Must have a valid driver's license and a car (Reimbursement for travel and other job related expenses)Our client offers health insurance, dental insurance, generous paid vacation time, a retirement savings account, and more.MSP IT Field Technician - 26-00103
