Quality Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish, refine, and uphold quality assurance processes and benchmarksSupervise and develop the quality team, including training and performance oversightManage inspection and testing activities for incoming materials, work-in-progress, and completed productsEvaluate quality metrics to detect patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvementMaintain adherence to ISO standards, safety guidelines, and applicable regulationsPlan and conduct internal audits in alignment with ISO 9001:2015, ensuring accurate documentationRespond to customer quality issues and deliver necessary reports or corrective actionsGenerate detailed quality reports highlighting performance data, trends, and improvement strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and sales to strengthen quality cultureDeliver training initiatives and stay informed on evolving industry standards and practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years’ experience in quality roles within a manufacturing settingSolid understanding of quality systems, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements specific to plastics manufacturingHands-on experience managing ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or SQF frameworksProven track record of leading internal, customer, and third-party auditsSix Sigma certification is a plusStrong leadership capabilities with excellent analytical and project management skills
