We are committed to creating a safe, professional, and inclusive space that encourages long-term stability, personal growth, and positive change.Role Description Hopes Haven Recovery LLC is seeking a part-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado to provide clinical oversight and documentation supervision for peer recovery services. This flexible part-time or contract-based position is focused primarily on reviewing, supervising, and signing off on client notes completed by peer recovery staff to ensure documentation accuracy, compliance, professionalism, and clinical appropriateness.The LPC will collaborate with agency leadership and peer support staff to help maintain documentation standards and ensure services align with Colorado behavioral health regulations, ethical standards, and agency policies. This role does not require maintaining an active therapy caseload or providing ongoing counseling services unless otherwise agreed upon.Qualifications • Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado. • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field. • Experience reviewing behavioral health or peer recovery documentation preferred. • Knowledge of behavioral health compliance standards, clinical documentation requirements, and ethical practices. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide professional feedback and guidance to peer support staff. • Ability to work independently in a flexible part-time or contract-based role. • Experience within mental health, addiction recovery, peer support, or reentry services preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and high standards of care.
