Service Dispatch Coordinator
Overview Of The RoleWe’re looking for a Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you’ll source and coordinate technicians, manage service requests, and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality support delivery.What You’ll DoCoordinate technician support for service and trouble calls as escalated by the support teamSource and evaluate technicians based on availability, proximity, and cost to ensure efficient service deliveryCommunicate with technicians and customers to schedule service calls and obtain required approvalsIssue work orders, send scheduling confirmations, and provide reminder communications to techniciansTrack technician arrival, job progress, and completion status; follow up on unresolved issuesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including dispatch notes, project stages, labor estimates, and job costsUpdate project statuses and ensure all required documentation, including work orders and invoices, is collected and completeSupport payment processing and ensure proper authorization when requiredMonitor dispatch dashboards to identify outstanding items and drive project closure or escalationCoordinate internal technician schedules, including maintaining calendars and tracking labor hours for reportingSupport internal communication by providing updates on scheduled work, including after-hours or weekend coverageAssist with reporting, documentation, and administrative tracking related to service operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scheduling, service scope, and timelinesPerform additional duties as assignedWhat You BringMust Haves1–2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch coordination, or a similar roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with professional etiquetteDetail-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Salesforce preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentNice-to-HaveBasic understanding of network, video, or telecommunications systems Experience with scheduling tools, calendars, and route optimization Familiarity with cost awareness when selecting resourcesWhy You’ll Love It HereCompensation starting at $18.00/hr, DOEBrand-new office in Midvale, stocked kitchen, onsite gym & PelotonWellness perks including an onsite masseuse and mental health supportRobust benefits package: medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(k) matchA culture that values innovation, growth, and having fun while doing itWho We AreWe’re revolutionizing hospitality tech, offering everything from DIRECTV and Wi-Fi to video surveillance and energy management.
