Job OverviewPristine Process Solutions is a growing stainless system fabricator and installer, serving the food, dairy, beverage and data center industries. We currently fabricate systems temporarily in our Waunakee WI location, while we continue moving into our Sauk City WI location. We are willing to travel to provide installation services across the lower 48 states. We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic stainless welding skills and is willing to be trained on various welding techniques and fabrication processes. We invite candidates to inquire who may be interested in exclusively installation work (travel), exclusively fabrication work (shop), or swing positions that may involve both shop and travel depending on our current business mix. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and embrace continuous skill development for more responsibility and incomeResponsibilitiesPerform TIG, and other welding processes on various materials including sheet metal, pipe, and sanitary tubing.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively.Fabricate components according to specifications while adhering to ASME codes & standards.Conduct quality inspections of welds using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.Assemble fabricated parts into final products or systems as required.Operate cranes and forklifts for material handling as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.SkillsProven experience in construction site environments with a focus on welding.Proficiency in Stainless TIG welding.Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools.Familiarity with sanitary welding, rigging techniques, and assembly processes.Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.Ability to work from blueprints and schematics effectively.Experience operating press brake machines is a plus.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
