Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as requiredProperly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processedProperly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portionedAbility to recognize when machine is not functioning properlyAbility to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable productsAbility to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary mannerProduction workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
