We gauge our success on the success of our employees.What You Will Do:Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - No cold calling or door knocking requiredEarn more commission for self-generated businessDrive to pre-set appointmentsComplete a thorough three week training program with our dedicated sales training teamAttend weekly sales meetingsAdditional responsibilities as assigned by leadershipRewards:Base salary plus commission during the first 6 months. Fully commission after the first 6 month of employment.Uncapped commission program with ability to earn over six figures in your first yearPromotions from withinCompetitive sales contests with cash prizes and other awardsOngoing classroom style training and in-home sales trainingTravel opportunitiesWork with supporting departments to take job through completion following point of saleMust Haves:Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licenseAbility to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday, Saturdays are mandatoryIn home sales experience is preferred but not requiredIs coachable and eager to learnSelf disciplined and money motivatedProficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.Outstanding negotiation and communication skillsSchedule:Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pmSaturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.Plusses:In home sales experienceOne call close experience$125,000 - $250,000 a yearBenefits:Health/Dental/Vision insurance401(k)Referral programPaid time off (PTO)W-2 Pay StructureCareer advancement opportunities
