Job Description Material Handler $20/hr -Longmont, COAbout the RoleFuzeHR is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler on 1st Shift to join our manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. This position plays a key role in supporting production operations by ensuring the accurate movement, tracking, and staging of materials and high-precision aerospace components. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintains a strong focus on quality and safety, and works effectively as part of a collaborative team.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and quality standardsAccurately maintain inventory records within ERP/WMS systemsStage and deliver materials to production lines based on manufacturing schedulesPrepare finished goods for shipment, including proper packaging and documentation complianceAssist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and material movement throughout the facilityPerform routine equipment and workspace inspections and report maintenance concernsFollow OSHA regulations, company policies, and aerospace safety standards, including PPE requirementsMaintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and Lean manufacturing principlesSupport warehouse and production team goals through additional tasks as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling preferredBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applicationsExperience using ERP or inventory management systems is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environmentMonday-Friday 7am-3:30pmPreferred SkillsPrevious aerospace, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferredFamiliarity with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100 or FAA requirementsUnderstanding of Lean manufacturing, 5S practices, or Kanban systemsExperience supporting production schedules and inventory flow processesWhy Work with Fuze HR?At Fuze HR, we connect talented professionals with some of the top companies in the U.S. We offer weekly pay via direct deposit, a supportive office team, and a genuine commitment to your success.
