While some job tasks may be performed remotely, this is a field-based, national role which requires 95% travel to client sites, including overnight travel Mon-Fri every week. Additionally, you will need to currently reside within 50 miles from a major, metropolitan airport in the US since relocation benefits are not provided.The OpportunityLearns and provides entry-level support as the primary liaison/customer support representative throughout each customer implementationValidates analyzer installations (check the accuracy of the analyzer)Identify training gaps by assessing customers' organizational structure, analyzers/instruments, workflow, and current knowledge/experienceDevelops and delivers training to customers on Roche platforms, processes and expectations, including planning and coordination for implementationProvides first-level of support and problem solving of issues that arise for customers during the lifecycle of the solution; refers only the most complex issues to higher levelsIdentifies opportunities for new system consumables for clients (i.e. reagents, primary antibodies, bio-markers, software)This is a field based roleWho You AreAssociate’s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Clinical Laboratory Sciences3 years previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT support in a clinical lab environmentPreferencesASCP certificationAbility and willingness to rapidly gain and apply new knowledge, solutions, and skills for Roche chemistry and IT solutionsEffective customer communication skills (written and verbal), positive attitude, helpful customer interaction, and fostering of strong internal and external customer relationshipsEffective time-management, organization, and prioritization skillsAbility to work as a field-based individual contributor with independence and autonomyBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance
