United StatesSuitability/Public TrustFully remoteInformation TechnologyGovCIO is currently hiring for a Business Intelligence Lead to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, as well as data engineering and Power BI reporting in support of federal programs. This position is fully remote within the United States.ResponsibilitiesThis person in this position leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions in support of federal programs. This role oversees integration-focused delivery across the M365 ecosystem while driving data engineering and business intelligence initiatives.Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and M365 collaboration tools in support of federal healthcare programsEnsure SharePoint environments reflect visual professionalism, governance standards, and scalable architecture across multiple divisions and user groupsDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support program analytics and clinical decision-makingLead data engineering efforts including cross-cloud data pipeline design, integration, and management leveraging Azure Databricks and M365 servicesDeliver scalable, sustainable solutions that meet federal industry standards and can be maintained long-term with minimal resourcesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical Power Platform and SharePoint solutionsProvide technical leadership and guidance to team members on M365, Power Platform, and data visualization best practicesQualificationsRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience (or commensurate experience)10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Experience delivering solutions in support of federal healthcare or government programsProficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQLExperience with data engineering and cross-cloud data integrationDemonstrated ability to build scalable, sustainable M365 solutions that meet federal standardsExperience managing SharePoint environments, including governance, permissions, and user administrationClearance Required:None (Public Trust may be required)Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience with Azure Databricks or similar cloud data platformsBackground in UI/UX design within SharePoint and Power PlatformExperience supporting VA or other federal health agency programsMicrosoft Power BI certification or equivalentFamiliarity with Palantir Foundry or similar data platformsPosted Salary RangeUSD $155,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.J-18808-Ljbffr
