Summary
We are seeking long term detail-oriented Bookkeeper/ Administrator to join our team at G & G Realtors. This position is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our operations in the real estate sector. The Bookkeeper will play a key role in ensuring our financial integrity and helping us continue to serve our community effectively. This position is 5 days a week: Monday-Friday 9-5.
Responsibilities.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
Manage payroll processing and related tax filings.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Answering phones and distributing leads.
Postcard mailings.
Aspects of social media marketing.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Quicken, or other accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
