What Youll DoInbound & Outbound Sales:Manage incoming sales inquiries and respond promptly to potential customersEngage in outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunitiesQualify leads and guide customers through the buying processBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealer partnersProduct Consultation & Sales Execution:Present and promote Elite Truck products to customers and dealersUnderstand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutionsPrepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentationDemonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate valueCRM & Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions and pipeline updatesTrack sales activities, opportunities, and conversion metricsEnsure timely follow-up and consistent pipeline progressionMarket Feedback & Cross-Functional Support:Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to support campaigns and initiativesProvide feedback to leadership on customer needs, product performance, and market trendsSupport trade shows, dealer visits, and customer engagements as neededYoull collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Marketing, Product Catalog, and Operations teams to ensure sales efforts align with customer experience and operational execution.What Were Looking ForRequired:High school diploma or equivalentMarketing, or a related field24 years of sales experience in a B2B or industrial products environmentProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship managementPreferred:Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in automotive, parts, or equipment industriesProficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management toolsExperience working in an e-commerce or product-driven environmentKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong consultative sales and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationCRM and pipeline management proficiencyAbility to understand technical products and communicate value effectivelyStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-starter with high ownership and accountabilityStrategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentWorking at Elite TruckWe offer a competitive and evolving compensation and benefits structure designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being.
