Service Center Supervisor - Full Time

Join our healthcare team as a Service Center Supervisor in Salem, OR, dedicated to serving migrant farmworkers and the community. We offer a holistic range of services, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and more, across 40+ clinics.We provide competitive pay ($28.35-$34.73/hour DOE), bilingual pay, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and holidays. As a supervisor, you will develop policies, oversee patient record accuracy, support staff performance, and improve call center operations. You’ll mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to procedures.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred), 5+ years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in healthcare, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
