From small studios to the largest associations, we help thousands of fitness businesses streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and drive sustainable revenue growth.As a Member Services Specialist, you'll work directly with members on behalf of our software customers to resolve billing questions, manage account activity, and recover revenue. You're the human connection between our clients and the people they serve, acting as an extension of their accounts receivable and member management teams. This role is a great fit if you thrive in a high-volume phone environment, take pride in turning a frustrated caller into a satisfied one, and want to build expertise in fintech and fitness software.What You'll DoHandle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls with professionalism, patience, and careResolve member billing issues by reviewing accounts, diagnosing problems, and taking action to correct themManage membership billing data, including holds, freezes, terminations, return fees, and reconciliationsDe-escalate tense situations with calm, empathetic communication and follow through to resolutionKeep member financial records accurate and up to date using Daxko software systemsGenerate monthly reports and support operational processes as neededMeet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals consistentlyWhat You'll BringSix months or more of customer service experience, in any settingStrong communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and explain clearlyComfort working in a fast-paced, phone-based environmentSolid computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at onceExperience with a CRM platform such as SalesforceHigh school diploma or equivalentNice to haveOne or more years of customer service experience, particularly with escalated or billing-related issuesFluency in a second languageA bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAdditional InformationDaxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.The pay range for this role is $16 – $24 per hour.
