With Fortune 500 clients already onboard and recent strategic product acquisitions, they're seeking a Solutions Consultant to run high-impact demos, lead POCs, and shape solution design across new and named accounts.The Company Series A growth stage – Backed by leading VCs with $20M+ in funding; building the future of legal spend and vendor managementCategory creator – RFP platform redefining how in-house legal selects and manages law firms—moving beyond spreadsheets and subjective decisionsAI & workflow momentum – Recent acquisition of a complementary workflow/e-billing tool unlocks major upsell and cross-sell potentialProven impact – Customers see ~ 26% cost reduction plus measurable gains in transparency and efficiencySales org led by a proven exec – Head of Sales is the former CEO of a successfully acquired legal tech platformHigh executive visibility – Role partners closely with the CRO and Product leadership; final panel includes the CEOTight-knit "pod" model – Work with a dedicated AE/CSM/Implementation Lead to drive value realization and expansionRemote-first, East Coast alignment – Preference for NYC or Eastern/Central time zones; quarterly travel to NYC HQOwnership culture – Lead client workshops, influence deal strategy, and act as a trusted advisor across Sales, Product, and Customer teamsWhat You'll Do (Solutions Consulting) Lead discovery to uncover business drivers, current-state workflows, and success criteriaDeliver tailored product demonstrations that map directly to legal ops, procurement, and finance outcomesOwn POC design and execution (plans, success metrics, data, timelines) through to executive readoutsBuild business cases/ROI models and value narratives aligned to legal pricing and spend reduction strategiesTranslate requirements into solution architecture , integrations, and data flows across legal tech/e-billing ecosystemsPartner with AEs on RFPs, objection handling, and deal strategy ; contribute to expansion plays within named accountsDraft Statements of Work (SOWs) and collaborate with Implementation/PS on scoping and handoffProvide field enablement (demo stories, battle cards) and feed structured insights back to Product5+ years in a LegalTech SaaS Solutions Consultant / PreSales or equivalent roleDeep knowledge of Outside Counsel Management , Legal Spend Management , or e-billing ecosystemsDemonstrated expertise delivering tailored demos and leading successful POCs end-to-endStrong consulting toolkit: process analysis , business case development , and exec-level documentationProven ability to engage GC/C-Suite while diving into technical details with IT/OperationsExpertise in legal pricing models , value-based pricing , and outside counsel engagement frameworksExperience mapping technical processes and integrations across multiple enterprise systems and legal platformsPrior experience creating SOWs for professional services engagementsInitial Screen – with StriveFinal – CEOSeniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Sales and Information TechnologyIndustriesLegal Services and Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
