Join Our Team at Master Electronics!We’re excited to offer a dynamic career opportunity for a Pricing Assistant at our Miami, Florida location.As a Pricing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our pricing strategy and product implementation efforts. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, reliable pricing that builds trust and aligns with Master Electronics’ broader sales and margin objectives. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and wants to make a direct impact on company performance.Pay Range: $19.00 / Hourly What you will do? Compile, sort, and prepare vendor data for system entry. Review and process customer/account documents, resolving discrepancies or escalating incomplete items as needed. Enter and maintain accurate customer and account information following established procedures. Verify, clean, and merge data across systems; remove duplicates to ensure data integrity. Test and review outcomes of customer data or account enhancements. Perform regular database backups to secure sensitive information. Monitor and update pricing lists and manufacturer data. Execute price changes and manage quotes with attention to accuracy and consistency. Follow company policies and procedures; suggest process improvements where applicable. Maintain confidentiality and protect customer data at all times. What you bring to the table! Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration & Communication: Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to interact effectively with individuals across varying work styles, personalities, and career levels. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Naturally inquisitive with strong problem-solving instincts. Committed to identifying root causes, not just addressing symptoms. Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint. Personal Attributes: Positive attitude and enthusiasm in day-to-day work.
