Handyman Position-Restoration work

Handyman For Water Damage Restoration ServicesWe are looking for a full time skilled and hard-working handyman to provide water damage restoration services to residential homes in the various locations in San Diego county. Job responsibilities include repairs due to water damage or mold damage in homes. Restore cabinetry, flooring, drywall, baseboard, paint, etc. Respond to request for standard or emergency repairs or other associated services from general and/or resident managers on a timely basis. Repair plumbing, electrical, safety components or structural elements as needed. Perform turn-over involving but not limited to demolition, cleaning, dry wall repair, structural repair, painting, cabinets installation, plumbing work, and electrical work. Test performance of appliances. Keep storage facilities and equipment organized. Perform job with attention to detail and quality. Must have reliable transportation and basic tools. Job skills include experience with plumbing and electrical systems, experience with common and power tools, painting and drywall, tile and vinyl flooring, ability to communicate well, willingness to uphold company standard for safety, tenant service and efficiency, disciplined, punctual and friendly. Speak English. Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour.
