We hope you're one of them.The Role:This role has two salary ranges, depending on the level at which the candidate is hired: Development Team Member: $71,800.00 - $119,600.00Development Manager: $113,000.00 - $188,400.00The final level will be determined based on each candidate's professional experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.Development Team Member / Development ManagerAt Vivmark Residential, our Development team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing multifamily and mixed-use development opportunities that create long-term value for our residents, investors, and communities.We are seeking a Development Team Member or Development Manager to support and lead various aspects of the real estate development process, from site evaluation and financial analysis through project execution and delivery.
